Jeff Keppert is the Principal of JK Real Estate Services specializing in Real Estate Consulting, Leasing, Investments and land.

Jeff brings more than twenty years of real estate knowledge including Landlord and Tenant Representation, Appraisal, Finance, Project Management and site acquisition services. Jeff offers his clients a highly diverse source of professional advice on optimizing their real estate from acquisition to disposition, leasing to subleasing, and space planning.

Jeff began his real estate career with Coast Federal Savings as a Real Estate Appraiser. As an appraiser he obtained the State of California's top designation as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and was a former member of the Appraisal Institute. Jeff also headed a Real Estate Mortgage and Investment Company in the early 90's where he directly managed as many as 15 within his group while continuing to be a top producer.

Jeff has advised and/or represented clients and businesses of all sizes and in most industries. His transacations include the acquisition and disposition, leasing and subleasing, appraising, financing or consulting of all property types throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. His transaction totals are well in excess of 500 Million.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Management from California State University Hayward. Jeff's athletic achievements include playing Collegiate football where as a quarterback he made his way into the record books of the University, he also set every major passing record while playing at Ohlone Community College.
